Torre di Acqua Santo Stefano Farm
The Torre di Acqua Santo Stefano Farm was established in 1993 on land left uncultivated for more than twenty years in a totally uncontaminated area of the Umbrian Preapennines, next to the Parco Regionale di Colfiorito. Resuming the traditional farming of the site, right from the start the Farm adopted methods of organic agriculture, respecting the purity and integrity of land that had never undergone the abuse of chemical products. The objective of the Farm is to grow products that are perfect from an organoleptic point of view, by constant research of ancient and pure seeds and the actuation of various cultivation phases totally tuned to the rhythms of nature.
